Cold Calling - Real Estate Phone Calling

The Job:
In this role, we're looking for people who are great at overcoming objections on the phone and building rapport with callers.

In this role you'll send majority of your time outbound dialing using Mojo Dialer to call home owners and prospect for motivated sellers.

Who You'll Be Working For?
We're a dynamic real estate company focused on buying homes directly from sellers. We have been doing this for over 20 years, and you'll be able to work with some great people. We're located in the United States and work on the Eastern Timezone.

Applicante Requirements:
- Is great at overcoming objections and talking with prospects via phone.
- Is able to overcome hearing lots of no's in search of yes's.
- Has experience using Mojo dialer or other online dialers.
- Some type of home buying, real estate, time share, in-home sales experience highly preferred but not required.

Project Type:
- One Week Contract.
- Training will be provided.
- We'll be agreeing to work together for one week. If it feels like a good fit for both of us after the first week, we'll extend the contract.
- We're looking for 2-3 full time inside sales agents to growth with our team.
- For the right candidates this can turn into a long time gig.
- Bonuses $$ paid for successful closes.
