Google Adwords/Yahoo Search Specialist Needed

Im looking for someone who has a lot of experience with running Google Adwords campaigns.

He/She
- must be Adwords certified professional
- know how Adwords/ Yahoo search marketing work inside out
- being able to create/upload campaigns from scratch
- know how to use online keyword tool for keyword research
- knows how to use Speedppc for ads uploading
- understand the difference between content and search network
- understand how to test campaigns
- know how to scale with both search and content networks
- comfortable with working from home
