Hi! We're looking for a part-time customer service specialist to assist with our automotive e-commerce store. Our company is growing and we need you to help keep our customer service the best in the industry!
You'll be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, quoting product prices, and double checking customer orders. This position will primarily assist with
Ideal candidate will have experience in:
1) Customer service with a U.S.-based company
2) Fluent in written English
Not required, but a plus:
1) Experience with Zendesk Ticket Support System
2) Experience in ecommerce
3) Experience with Asana
4) Experience in the automotive industry
Requirements:
1) Must be willing to track hours worked on Hubstaff
2) Must be willing to meet once a week over
3) Must speak fluent English
