Webmaster Assistant

I need someone who can provide different web services like
-wordpress theme development (you don't need to be high skilled on this, as long as you're willing to learn more then we can start from there.)
-domain management and configuration eg. creating & updating DNS records
-email development
-seo & and web optimisation
-website migration

I require you possessed the following skills to be considered:
-html
-css
-javascript
-wordpress
-php
-google webmaster tool

You will start part time only for about 40hrs/month for 3months, then I can review your performance after that.
