Shirt Designer

Ladies and gentlemen,
I'm looking for two or three designers for t-shirts, hoodies and so on. At the start I assume 10 designs per week. Later it should be around 50 designs per week. The length is unlimited. I pay between 1 and 2 Euros for each design I use.
We coordinate the billing period and you send the invoice via paypal.
The design content is provided by me. Your task is to convert them creatively using Photoshop and send them to me in a PSD file. Pictures, fonts etc. should be on different layers, which I can edit again. Processed funds are provided to me by you in connection with the design.
For your candidature, please select 3 to 4 examples of your work and send them to me. Then I select the designers that are suitable for me from the examples I received.
