We are an Australian online shop selling childrens products. This is a full time job of 40 hours a week between the hours of 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. Timezone is UTC+08.00 so these times should very attractive to anyone residing in the Philippines. You will have a wide range of jobs and we are prepared to give on the job training. We are looking for someone who is willing to learn, hardworking and well organised. Salary can be negotiated depending on the quality of applicant.
TASKS:
Customer service
- Answer
- Organise product returns and refunds
- Set up Zendesk help desk
Marketing
- Contact social media influencers
- Contact blogs for advertising opportunities
- Manage and run competition on social media
- Update wordpress websites
- Organise monthly newsletter
- Post adverts on amazon, ebay and other classified websites
Important qualities:
1. Must be organised
2. Must be proactive
3. Can take the initiative without being asked.
4. Must speak excellent English and have good communication skills.
5. Must be able to work during Australian work hours.
6. Must give detailed report on tasks performed on a weekly basis. But will be daily basis for the first two weeks until we are comfortable working together.
7. Must be able to come up with a plan of action for all the tasks to be performed -be very meticulous and organised.
8. Must be able to give suggestions as to important steps that need to be taken and take those steps too -be proactive - experience with online business and internet marketing social media marketing and management is highly essential.

11. Must be a fast learner and willing to learn.
