Wordpress eCommerce Manager

This job is not for a "generalist". Due to the time frame we need the work done, it requires some experience as noted below. You will waste time replying if you do not have experience we look for. This job requires you to learn the Sellosity Plug-in for Wordpress. You will install, configure and customize at least 10 sites. In addition to the eCommerce site, you will design and set up product funnels and product landing pages. All of this can be learned, but experience will be extremely helpful in determining your salary, because you will start with a base "trial" salary which will be increases based on your results and performance after 7 days. In 1 week, we will know how well you learned and are able to do the work. Thereafter, this position will earn a base salary with results based bonuses attached. Save yourself the time and trouble by watching the video and understanding what you will learn and do.

If you are confident that you are the BEST one for the job, I'm willing to offer a Long-Term compensation package that includes PAID vacation time and Annual and discretionary performance bonuses.

I have been at this site for some time and have had numerous experiences. For example, VA's disappear or quit inside a month, take much longer than expected to do the work and produce poor results. I have learned 2 important factors are communication and compensation. I require clear communication to establish realistic expectations, honest communication to build trust, if "sh*t" happens, better to tell me than make up an excuse. Compensation will be designed to keep you employed with me for the Long-Term. I consider many factors, most importantly, the value you provide. When you understand my business model, you will see that we have a very scalable strategy. This means, the more you help me be successful, the more your "discretionary" bonuses you will get, potentially exceeding your salary. If you ask "why", think of it this way... more success = more profit = more discretionary funds available to reward the people who help get us there. Another way to understand it is like "profit sharing". The more profit, the more sharing.

I understand no one is going to have ALL the experience and skills I look for. If you are talented but not earning what you are worth, this might be the opportunity you are waiting for. Be aware I may challenge any experience you list, so be prepared to back-up what you say.

Required Experience:
1.) Work with Wordpress.
2.) Worked inside a WP Plug-In (tell me what plug-ins).

Preferred Experience:
1.) Worked on eCommerce store built on Wordpress
2.) Worked with WooCommerce
2.) Understanding of Product Funnels and Landing Pages

Helpful experience:
1.) Facebook marketing: know FB tools to target audience and use retargeting pixel.
2.) Use of other Social Media sites: Instagram, Pinterest.
3.) Product sourcing, editing and listing
