We are looking for 2 team players to join our company and become an integral part of our team. This is the first step of our outsourcing program and we will be looking at individuals who are looking for a stable long-term job with good career progression

JOB OVERVIEW:
o Client Relationship Management (Email and Phone)
o First point of telephone for San Diego
o Initial point of enquiry
o Deal with all incoming leads
o Book appointments and register applicants
o Viewing Follow-up and maintain Database
o Regular callouts to applicants to update requirements/ offer alternate properties
o Client follow up and reports
o Managing all bookings
o Basic accounting and data input
o Advice utility companies on change of tenancies
There will be further tasks which will be explained and trained as the individuals career and job progresses
SKILLS:
o Excellent English verbal and written communication
o Strategic thinker
o Writing and documentation skills
o Must be able to prioritize work
o Courteous and friendly
o Organized and has great attention to detail and quality assurance
o Ability to build trust
o Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Must Have Skills
o Minimum of 2 years' experience in a customer service role which involved extensive calling / speaking to clients
o Educated to a minimum of a good degree
o Great communication skills - a large part of the job involves calling people and we require applicants who are comfortable talking to 25 to 50 people a day
