Carbon Copy Web Page

I'm sorry I'm not very techy.
I'm looking for a web coder to make some software to Carbon Copy optin page data.
What i need to software to do is when someone puts their details into an optin form on a CPA offer, I want data to be copied for myself as well as the product owner getting their leads.
The data needs to come from their location API for the product owner.
