JOB OVERVIEW

Assist the 3 founders of a real estate company with prioritizing day to day schedules, accomplishing organizational tasks, communicating with the office, corresponding with vendors, and maintaining their focus on long-term goals. Daily executive level duties.

This is a high-level position and interested candidates must have previous management experience, complete mastery of the English language, a good business sense, general accounting knowledge, advanced Microsoft excel abilities, research abilities, a positive attitude, and the desire to learn and to dedicate themselves to a new career opportunity.

The candidate will be expected to participate in the business much more actively than a traditional assistant and must be able to quickly develop an understanding of the real estate business, the Company's short term and long term goals, strengths, weaknesses, and competitive landscape.

The candidate must work hours during PST.

The candidate should expect to participate via video conference in frequent video meetings as scribe, historian, and planner.
