Translator for Chinese, Cantonese, Vietnamese, or Khmer

I have Facebook pages that need to be handled/looked after. I am looking for someone who has a good command of English (Speaking/written) who can also speak/write in the local languages of Hongkong, Vietnam, or Cambodia.

Scope of work includes
- translation from English to local language (12 posts a month)
- community management (at least once a day)
- translation of FAQ template

This is an on-going project starting now until Dec 2018.
