eBay dropshipping and store management

I need an expert who can manage and list products on my eBay store with high-profit margins. I would like to collaborate with a potential expert to see which products will sell well and to list more and more niche products. My store is just at the beginning stage, so I really need an expert who can take charge and help grow my store. Your responsibilities would include researching/listing products, processing orders, customer support and taking care of returns if requested. I've had problems in the past with VAs who weren't that knowledgeable but still take the job and finally ended up not making enough sales, violating copyright policies by using unauthorized images and many more.
