Seeking Talented Graphic Designer to Convert Painting into Digital Vector

I'm looking for a talented Graphic Designer that can convert the following watercolour painting into a clean, precise digital representation using Illustrator and Vector Graphics.

Requirements
- Conversion should be as accurate to original painting as possible but be clean, symmetrical and digitised with clean digital colours and gradients.

- Must have strong skills in tracing art work in Illustrator with the ability to create precise and clean digital line work.

- Image must be vector based and scale-able to any size

- Designer should have a strong understanding of Illustrator including the Pen Tool and creating detailed line work.

- Designer should have examples of prior line work as an example.

The price to convert is negotiable based on your experience and the ability to do this job precisely.

50% will be paid upfront and 50% on completion. This is a fixed job for 5000 PHP.
