Video Designer/Editor Needed. Create Marketing Video for Real Estate Company

Real Estate company in New York, NY is in search of a designer/video editor to create our marketing video (Less than 3 minutes).

-Must be able to design text and pictures
-Must have a video screen capture software such as Camptasia, Adobe After Effects, or other program, and be able to produce effects.
-Ability to sync voice over audio to the video
-Make compatible with Youtube, Vimeo, etc.
