Data Entry - Social Media Profile Updater – Curate and Post Content!

Objective: Help update, build, and run our social profiles online.


*** Job Responsibility ***

Your daily job responsibility is to keep our social profiles updated with fresh, contextually relevant, highly-engaging, interesting content.

The process is simple, we’ll be posting to the major social platforms:


Facebook, Google+, Pinterest, Instagram, Twitter

Note: You will be using our cloud tool like; LATER, Hootsuite to help you create and schedule posts.


*** Workflow ***

1. Post Images and Fill Descriptions for those images.

- You will be given images to directly upload to our social accounts. At the same time, you may also search find relevant images to upload.

When providing a description, our goal is to keep the fun, informative, engaging – no boring text. You will also need to include the relevant hashtags. (Training on this provided)

We'll need 300 post updates to complete a milestone.

These can be spread out on multiple platforms, since we don't want to post too frequently on one account.

You can ‘schedule’ the posts in advance with our cloud software (Hootsuite, Latergramme).

The goal here is to 'pace' every post evenly. We do not want to spam our own profile.

For e.g, ---------- posts on Facebook, ---------- on Twitter, 20 on Tumblr, 20 on Pinterest, and 20 Google+will be 100 updates


*** Training Provided ***

You will be given training guides, briefing kit, which will help kickstart your efforts on promoting our website/campaigns.

A template and guideline will be given to you to model your writing style after.

You will also be trained accordingly and course corrected as we work together.

Of course, you should take the self-initiative to conduct the latest methods and research on promoting effectively to each of the major social platforms. Please don’t expect to be spoon-fed.


*** Skill Requirements ***

Fluent in English. Strong verbal command.

Solid experience with navigating each of the top social media networks.

Social and cheerful personality – this should reflect in your writing.

Team spirited, self-motivated, punctual

A great problem solver, fast learner.

Understanding of what it takes to promote a product and service successfully and strategically.

*** Tools Required ***

Quick Communications. For prompt communications and workflow, you should be reachable via Skype.

You should also have standard broadband internet.

Repeat milestones will be created if the first gig is completed successfully.

*** Compensation ***

Once you’ve successfully provided 300 post updates, payment will be released immediately after.


*** Reporting ***

Reporting everything in excel – weekly. You should provide a weekly report of what you accomplished, and record URL profiles of everyone you interacted with.


*** Deadline ***

The deadline for each milestone is under 7 business days.
