Awesome and Creative Graphic Designer Needed for Growing T-shirt Business - COME GROW WITH US!

We are a growing Merch by Amazon t-shirt business with the need for an awesome, creative, and reliable designer. What we REALLY want is a designer who is ambitious and who wants to GROW with us. My goal is to hire a designer who earns his or her bonus every single month.

Here's the thing... ultimately we need a full-time graphic designer on salary. But it's hard to hire a designer full-time without working with you for a little while. So for now, we are looking to do what we call "batch work" which is in batches of 20 designs at a time, paid at $5.00 per design. If all goes well with the batches I would offer you a full-time salary position (which does come with bonuses based on performance).

How it works:
I will provide you with a spreadsheet of design examples/details/links
You will review the inspiration and re-create the design in your own unique and original style
You will check any fonts, graphics, vectors used to ensure they are allowed for commercial use

Pretty simple really.
