We’re looking for exceptional software engineers to join our dynamic and growing team to build a state-of-the-art Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning application. We’re looking for talented and passionate engineers who will work on innovating AI / ML concepts. You should be resourceful, have leadership qualities and have a passion for taking on new problems as we continue to push technology forward.

We’re looking to fill in positions for both Senior and Entry-Level. We’re looking for you.

Responsibilities:

- Bring innovative ideas and apply machine learning to different extents including but not limited to: audio/video, speech and/or mouth synthesis, interactive bots, and other applications of NLP/NLU technologies.
- Develop internal machine learning frameworks and abstractions to facilitate common tasks such as training, testing, use, creation, storage, and deployment.
- Participate in cutting-edge research and development in artificial intelligence and machine learning applications.
- Draft technical specification to address business needs as per functional specifications.
- Contribute training materials and train colleagues to be experts
- Complete assigned tasks on time, to the standard required to ensure project success and to meet business objectives.
- Mentor and manage team members.

Minimum Requirements:

- BS in Computer Science or related technical field or equivalent practical experience.
- Solid grasp of AI/Machine Learning fundamentals
- A reliable PC/Laptop and internet connection, and place where you can work uninterrupted.
- Efficient. Able to build the initial machine learning task using a very simple model swiftly. Then continue to make it better at every succeeding phase. Also able to cultivate an effective way of debugging and fixing bugs in your models.
- Initiative. Able to know when to stop when needed. If at some point, the results of current effort do not meet the expectations, you must be able to identify that point and act accordingly.
- Curious and Persistent. Failure should not stop you from trying until you complete your tasks.
- Data intuitive. Able to identify patterns in the data. Able to create data visualizations to better analyze data.
- Metrics-driven. Able to use metrics that define success or failure of the system.
- Resourceful. Able to leverage on existing (open-source) examples and find answers to own questions.
- User-oriented. Able to visualize and factor in how users perceive and use the system.

Preferred Qualifications:

- MS or PhD degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related technical field.
- Experience with one or more of the following: natural language processing, natural language understanding, speech synthesis, bots, pattern recognition, video synthesis, or similar.
- Significant experience with deep learning is highly desired
- Experience with and knowledge of a wide variety of machine learning libraries / packages
- Experience with one or more general purpose programming languages including but not limited to: Java, C/C++ or Python
- Knowledge of source code control git, bitbucket, github, build & release management
- Advanced probability & statistics
- Passion for software architecture, API development and product delivery
- Creative, collaborative, and product-focused
- Excellent team player, self-motivated, open-minded and innovative
- Thrives under pressure and exploring the unknown
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Able to contribute innovative ideas to be developed across a number of projects.
