JOB OVERVIEW

To be considered, you MUST be qualified or experienced working in an e-commerce environment, including, but not limited to the following skills (in order of importance): 1.) Create product listings with great descriptions and photos. 2.) Identify hot products. 3.) Find products on Aliexpress or Dhgate. 4.) Source products from Alibaba or Global Sources. 5.) Be very organized and able to categorize and keep track of everything. 6.) Able to write daily summary of work completed.
Additional requirement requests: 1.) Fast learner. 2.) focused and diligent work habit. 3.) SELF managed (able to figure things out on your own). 4.) Quality conscious (do quality work).

I'm not new here and have many experiences that did not turn out as expected. Now I understand WHY and WHAT to do. Two most important changes deal with compensation and communication.

The compensation package stated was designed and based on long term employment and earning all bonuses. It consists of a weekly salary based on 40 hours and 2 bonuses. You get Holidays off. After 6 months, you qualify for paid vacation. After 1 year, you are entitled to a minimum 6% raise. I expect to pay additional bonuses over and above the stated compensation that can easily add 10-15% to the total earnings, so the upside potential is much higher. In the past, I realize I have been too lax at communication. Therefore, regular communication is now required as part of the job. It is not optional. You will be expected to communicate timely and regularly thought reports and logs. I will not track your time because your results will speak for you. If you are not good at filing reports or keeping logs, this is not for you.

A few things you should consider: Its human nature to be lazy and exaggerate hours worked. Actually, I'm not looking for someone to pay hourly, I'm looking for someone to produce results. I don't care if it takes 30 hours/week or 45 hours/week... as long as expected results are accomplished. We will quickly learn 1 of 3 things. #1 You are not as good as you told me thus not as good as I expected, in which case you will not longer continue working #2 you are as good as you say and earn your bonus pay, #3 you are better than I expected and you get additional bonus money because I love to reward great results.

Please note: I know there are going to be people applying for this position who should NOT be. Save us both the trouble and DO NOT waste the time. If you do apply, be prepared to prove your experience or explain to me what makes you MOST qualified. You will also be asked why I should hire you over any other candidate. This means you should be prepared to tout your strengths. BTW, having lots of [un-related] skills is the fastest way to the BACK of the line, because I do NOT want a "jack-of-many-skills and master of none".

One other very important quality is the ability to learn, comprehend and do something independently and quickly. I use 3 different platforms and you will need to learn them and probably more.

Lastly, ONLY apply if your intention is to stay employed. If you have intend to work other gigs, do NOT apply because I will quickly figure it from your poor results. I
