I am looking for an android app developer (possibly a partner) that can build a simple social media with audio and video chat, users having followers they can broadcast too.

This is a patented and rare idea, that has a massive market. There are other mini functionalities that will be added like importing social media friends, sharing broadcasted videos or audios etc.
