We are looking for a VA to assist the owner of Grand Development Company. (we buy/ develop and seel properties)
The owner needs assistant to help him to manage his daily schedule (handling all the appointments and travel calendars)
Communicate with brokers, agents, sellers, title companies and banks
Communicate with subcontractors and handle various contracts and process payments.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years experience in an admin. VA role
- Knowledge of Quick Books is a must!!!
- Experience in construction company preferable
Your work schedule will be the following:
08:00am - 05:00pm Mon-Fri CST (9:00pm - 06:00am Mon-SatPHT)
*** Looking for these hours ONLY. Must be able to work nights productively.
You must be proficient in English (speaking & writing). And you must be available to speak to our team directly by phone,
- Must have personal computer and headset
- Must have reliable internet with AT LEAST A 3 MBPS PLAN or CAN UPGRADE AS SOON AS HIRED (and an alternative internet if main internet is down)
- Excellent English verbal and typing skills
- Strong Internet connection to host
- Strong Google sheet and other computer application skills
- Attention to details
- Ability to follow through
- Administrative tasks
- Computer literate
- Must be able to work independently, multitask and prioritize work
- A trial period is best for both parties
