JOB OVERVIEW

Looking for a part time Virtual Assistant (with potential for full time) to work from your home for a US based company in a Customer Support capacity.

Requirements:

• Speak mistake-free English and have superior verbal and written communications skills
• A passion for delivering exceptional customer service (B2C)
• A home computer system and reliable high-speed internet connection
• College graduate with a minimum of 5 years work experience (with at least 3 in Customer Support)
• Excellent computer skills and familiarity with common Internet software required
• Very DETAIL oriented and meticulous with the ability to work effectively, efficiently and reliably without direct monitoring

Flexible work schedule but consistency required as you'll be working in a team environment where others need to know when you will be working.

Proactive and upbeat people required.

Position will start off with getting familiar with the information products being promoted (products are considered "new age" / "spiritual") and then handle support tickets in our Kayako system regarding those products on an ongoing basis. You will be working with others who also handle support tickets in a team environment. Assume 15 to 20 hours a week to start.

Position may expand to include support of other departments and projects to full time status.
