Looking for an experience Marketing Specialists (VA)

Hello.

We are looking for a Marketing professional who has experience in digital marketing. We are a smaller company so thinking of creative ways to implement marketing campaigns is important.

I'm looking for someone who will work closely with me (Co-founder) to plan and implement campaigns for our company as well as our clients companies. There are many tools and services out there so I don't expect anyone to know the tools we work with.

Overall, I'm looking for someone who is well-rounded and understands how to find proper resources to launch a campaign (find designers, copywriters, etc.) and can leverage marketing tools to be efficient.

What I would like to know from you:
- What type of marketing campaigns have you done?
- Have you implemented marketing automation for a company (Active Campaign, Drip, Autopilot, etc.)?
- Are you familiar with CRO?
- Level of familiarity for Social Media Marketing
- What marketing tools are you familiar with ?
- Do you know how to find resources (designers, copywriters, etc.) to successfully implement a campaign?
