Programmer Adobe Air

Need a piece of software that will work on windows and mac. The software need to do the following.

#1 User adds a URL

#2 User adds a keyword and position on Google to assist the software to find that URL on Google.

#3 Software searches Google automatically, find the url on Google and clicks the link.

This software will need to be networked with other users across the world so they can also add their urls, keywords and position on Google. The software will then automatically visit "user A" URL's on "User B" computer.
