FileMaker Program with Wordpress

I need a Filemaker Program written to manage sports club memberships and events:

Add/remove members, add events, add/remove categories for events, add members to categories in event, record times performed of member per event, post event results to a wordpress blog, sync with wordpress for memberships, take online/offline payments on wordpress and filemaker desktop application. Sync on/off line records to filemaker server. Ability for client program to work without internet connection. Sync events to wordpress. Ability to control subscription to developed filemaker program remotely.

Members: first name, last name, email, phone, address1, address2, city, state, zip, country, picture, comments, category, SSN, custom ID.

Events: title, POC, phone, address1, address2, city, state, zip, country, picture, dates & times

many categories for each event

many members for each category.
