Debt Collector

I need someone whom has experience making outbound phone calls to people whom owe debts.

Should be experienced debt collectors preferably with experience from one of these large Philippines companies:
• NCO Ground/NCO Financial Systems
• Everest Asset Mgt. (TGK -Asia)
• APAC Customer Services (now owned by NCO).


Should have experience with outbound debt collections for over drafted bank accounts, charged off credit cards, and payday loans that have not been paid.

We will provide a dialer system, information to dial out, and software for them to use and manage accounts with. Employee will be given parameters in which he can settle accounts (offer discounts to consumers), set up payment plans, and more.

Need to be trained and if you can bring existing scripts you can use from your current employer it is a huge plus!

Knowledge/training/full background of FDCPA Compliance and rules and debt collections best practices are required.
