An internet marketplace startup in travel/hospitality industry is looking for Chinese (Mandarin)/English and Korean/English speakers for customer support and assistance in various tasks including research, content creation and marketing.
• Full Time (9:00-18:00 in Philippines time), 5 days a week
• Assistance in Creating FAQs, training materials, support
• Translation of contents into Chinese or Korean
• Collect data and create reports (in Excel, Word, Google Sheets, etc.)
• Quality Assurance / Testing of our platform
• Do various research projects
• Answering inquiries from user by
• Answering phone inquiries in case of urgency in English/Chinese or in English/Korean
Requirements:
• Fluency in English and one of these languages: Chinese (Mandarin) or Korean (business
• A good command in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc)
• Customer support experience using tools like Zendesk
• Reliable and fast internet connection and a good computer. Must have a backup plan for internet / power outages.
