Setup website, basic graphics and virtual assistant.

I need a person who is very good at wordpress and graphics.
Im looking for help setting up my website and doing some graphics and it can continue into some long term work if you do a good job with it.

I have already bought a video wordpress theme and I need it to be modified to make it look like
www.gideonshalwick.com

I would like to know how fast you are with the work. Please let me know how much time you would take to setup one website, if the turnaround time is good, then I can give you more websites.
