eCommerce Virtual Assistant with advanced Amazon and Excel experience

Title: eCommerce Virtual Assistant

Job Description:
CDA Tactical is an online retailer for outdoor sports, hunting, self-defense, and firearms equipment. We specialize in optimizing eCommerce channels for American manufacturers.
We are seeking a highly motivated, self-starter, with advanced Amazon, eCommerce, and Excel skills. Pay is depending on experience between $300-$600 USD/month + 13th month pay bonus.
The working hours are 7am-4pm PHT with one hour lunch break. Mon-Friday

There will be a required weekly Tuesdays at 7am PHT.

Duties:
1. Manage Amazon, Shopify, and eBay Listings (20 hours/week)
This includes creating new listings, uploading bulk flat files, optimizing keywords, optimizing photos, and general listing management across all sales channels & platforms.
2. Oversee customer service and technical support (10 hours/week).
3. Project management for new product development (10 hours/week).

Skills & Competencies:
* Advanced knowledge of excel or google spreadsheets
* Advanced knowledge of Amazon Seller Central
* Experience with Amazon bulk upload inventory process
* Experience creating product listings with parent/child variations on Amazon
* Great English skills, written and verbal communication required
