Marketing Coordinator

We are a very busy US based Residential Real Estate Brokerage. The assistant contractor position will be supporting the Team CEO with hiring and marketing roles:

We need someone on a part time time basis:
Job Tasks:
Deploy and manage ads
Platform knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, Craigslist, and Linked In
Ability to edit photography to be post ready

Skill set required
Understanding Facebook/ Insta Audiences
Knowledge of social media Ad Mgmt platforms
Ability to (or resources to have) photos edited and ready to go with the posts
Ability to make changes to maximize marketing impact and minimize cost
Understanding of retargeting/ remarketing deployment and management

Hours will vary but will be 60 to 80 hours monthly - pay range offered $200 to $400 US plus bonuses
