JOB OVERVIEW

We're seeking individuals dedicated to providing excellent customer service and enthusiastic about selling with a positive attitude. The ideal candidate will have the ability to engage prospects with their outgoing personality and strong verbal communication skills.

Duties and Responsibilities (Other duties may be assigned)

Answers incoming telephone calls, responds to customer questions and solves problems according to standardized procedures while maintaining a professional manner.

Conducts product demonstrations for prospective customers and explains application in detail asking appropriate questions and gathering information to determine customer needs.

Informs current and prospective customers of promotions, services, and product upgrades via outbound outreach.

Required Experience:

> English Fluency

> Minimum of 1yr of phone-based customer service and/or sales experience. Familiarity with web-based applications required.

> Self-motivated, Team Leader, Solid Work ethics

> Ability to work in a fast paced, adapting environment.
