[Full-time] Android developer -Home office

Hi all, I am looking for full time android developer.
I am running a IT company in HK, I need some external resources to work on my job, so I need to hire full time android developer.
I am welcome developers from Philippines.
Here is my requirements:
Working hours: 8 hours per day, 5-6 days per week.
You have to always follow my instruction and reply immediately during working hours.
I will review your working speed to think if you are working full time for me, so, trust between us is important.
