Prestashop developer required. Must have good English and be available for part time hours

Hi,
I am interested in hiring a part time perstashop site builder for 20 hours a week. To build many wordpress sites with eccomerce sites and also rental plugins. Wordpress specialist must be focused, good at design and strong with communication.

Developer should be available from 6am - 11am GMT + 8 Filipino time.
