Wordpress Blog Creator and Poster

I need someone who knows how to create Wordpress Blogs.

The blogs I need will be with free Wordpress blog templates. I will provide a working blog so you can see exactly what it must look like and the theme(s) to be used.

You must be knowledgeable of Wordpress SEO optimizing and how to install and configure plug-ins such as All on One SEO Pack, Google XML Sitemaps, PC Robots and Only wire for Wordpress.

You must also post articles to the blogs on weekly basis. If you can write articles that will be a BIG PLUS otherwise I will supply the articles that you will post.
