Amazon Seller Account Manager

We are an Australian cosmetics company based in Sydney specializing in natural deodorants. We sell our products exclusively via ---------- and Amazon.com. We are looking for a VR with experience managing Amazon Seller Accounts. You will monitor our account everyday for buyer messages and refund requests. You will reply to buyer messages using templates and process refunds under the 24 hour target. As the business grows we will add more responsibilities and hours to the role.
