About the Job:

The Friendly Swede is looking for an Amazon US & UK Sales Assistant to work on a full-time basis (40 hours per week, 160 hours per month) on a semi-flexible schedule. The tasks of the said assistant will be:

-Monitor and evaluate our listings on Amazon to ensure they are “top notch” and up to date in regards to texts, A+ content, images and customer review field, and initiate actions when needed.
-Perform keyword research task in accordance with our SOP
-Monitor and track that all products are indexing and ranking for the correct keywords, in accordance with SOP
-Update listings on Amazon, based on a “master” listing or instructions provided by Sales Manager
-Together with Sales Manager actively work to optimize and improve existing PPC campaigns
-Analyze competitors’ actions and report development of competition to Sales Manager
-Solve technical issues together with Amazon Seller Support
-Give Sales Manager a weekly report regarding development of: total sales development, margin development, upward trending products, downward trending products, KPI development (sessions, conversion, keyword ranks), PPC status, own ideas regarding improvements that can be made, follow-up on results of actions taken
-Support Sales Manager with other upcoming needs?

-Relative experience and knowledge in performing the tasks listed above
-A+ English skills
-Great attention to detail
-Ability to analyze numbers
-Can work independently
