Web Designer

Job Description:

Responsible for the design, layout, and coding of our websites.
Maintenance and update of an existing site, Layout and create new sites from the scratch.
Write the programming code, either from scratch or by adapting existing website
Test the website and identify any technical problems
Upload the site to a server and register it with different search engines

Basic Requirements:

-Art/Design/ Creative Multimedia, Advertising Media or equivalent is preferred.


Mandatory Required Skills:

-Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash, Dreamweaver
-2years minimum experience with HTML/XHTML and CSS
-2 years minimum Web programming experience, including PHP, ASP or JSP
-Development experience using extensible web authoring tools
-Experience developing and implementing open source software projects
-Self-starter with strong self-management skills
-Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities

-Have a very creative imagination
-Adaptable and able to pick up new techniques
-Have good interpersonal and communication skills
-Keep up to date with advances in computer technology and how this affects the business environment
-Have the ability to work on his/her own or in a team
-Have the ability to work to tight deadlines

-Can be able to multi-task
-Have the awareness of international web standards and protocols
