JOB OVERVIEW

Responsibilities:
Answering general inquiries via email.
Responding to restaurant reservations.
Accepting reservations.
Creating reservation reports.
Separate emails to appropriate parties.

Qualifications:

Email
knowledge
Web base research
Customer service oriented.
All applicants must have basic Knowledge Microsoft office, spreadsheets and emails.

English communication
Being able to learn the reservation system and learn via course how to use different software for reservations.

Some customer service background is a huge plus.
