Looking for Virtual Assistant to work Long Term in a Growing Company

We are a fast growing advertising company based in the USA, looking for qualified Virtual Assistants in the Philippines.

We are looking for talented, hard-working, and proactive VAs with at least 2 years experience.

Your task will be responding to emails, excel file data entry, and remind the team of campaign schedules through email or Skype. We would also ask you to book flights or travel plans. From time to time you will be handling Social Media posts especially on Facebook.

You must be comfortable with using Excel, Skype/Slack, Dropbox, Email and Social Media.

These will be the requirements:

1. Must speak and write Good English. We understand that English is not your first language so you don't have to be perfect. As long as we can communicate well and understand each other that should be enough.

2. As proof you have Good English, please reply with 1 paragraph telling us something about yourself, like hobbies, your experience, and what you can do as VA.

3. We also require transparency, we want to know who we are working with as much as possible, so we would require you to send a picture of your passport and another picture of you holding it. Must be clear and readable.

4. Lastly, you must be able to work from 8am - 5pm Philippines time. We work in the day and would like to keep our campaigns running 24/7, you will be the one to monitor during your shift.
