Virtual Assistant, Cold Calling, Sales/Set appointments

I am a US based (Orlando, Fl.) Real Estate Agent and Investor. I am looking for someone to make cold calls to potential sellers to set appointments for me to either buy/wholesale or list the property. Experience is a definite plus as I do not have much time to train or role-play.

I'm looking for someone that has the following qualities:
- motivated, disciplined, and energized.
- organized and able to follow up.
- fluent in English (Spanish is a plus).
- able to ask questions and build rapport.
- able to work 30-40 hours a week (during Eastern Standard Daytime hours).
- able to set up a US based phone number (preferably 407 or 321 area code).

I understand that our time zones are significantly different, so I would need you to be able to work mornings, evening, and/or nights in order to accommodate the people being called. You are 11 hours ahead so it would be advised to calculate accordingly.
