Jr. Systems Engineer/Network Operations Center/IT Support and Maintenance

The Jr. Systems Engineer works in a team environment to implement and adress:
Internal and client Monitoring
Internal and client Maintenance
Computer system updates/patches
Technical issues
Computer system troubleshooting
Computer system network design
And more
This team member also will learn new technologies and participate in (company funded) certification exams as requested.
Technologies to be worked with may include:
Cisco (networking, switching, router infrastructure, network designs and upgrades.)
Storage (design and deployment)
Virtualization deployments and builds
Enterprise and Cloud systems builds (Microsoft Exchange and O365)
Desktop Virtualization deployments - builds using Citrix XenDesktop, XenApp, NetScaler
Telephony (Cisco Call Manager and Microsoft Lync
