Full time php programmer (no beginners) with the ability to produce 2-5 new project features per week.

We are an American based company and we have an immediate need for a full time PHP Programmer (no beginners) that is knowledgeable in wordpress as well and has the ability to produce 2-5 new project features per week.

If you are unable to work full time (M-F 8AM-5PM C.S.T.) do not apply!
The starting payment terms are not negotiable. If you do not agree to these terms, again, do not apply.
Finally - if you have intermittent internet - do not reply as this position requires you to be active and online throughout the working day.

The duties of this position would include:

Skills required:
Ability to write wordpress plugins
Ability to run and execute sql queries within php to display result sets based on logged in user

Description:
Confirms project requirements by reviewing program objective, input data, and output requirements.
Arranges project requirements in programming sequence by preparing a work flow chart and diagram
Encodes project requirements by converting work flow information into computer language.
Confirms program operation by conducting tests; modifying program sequence and/or codes.
Prepares reference for users by writing operating instructions and quick tips on webpage
Maintains historical records by documenting program development and revisions.
Maintains client confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.

Bonus Experience Considered:
Object oriented programming is a plus but not required
Experience with Laravel is a plus but not required

In-House Communication:
All of our daily communication is through "slack App" for phone and PC . We can chat, share videos, pictures etc.

Other Requirements:
Must be fluent in English in written form and be comfortable chatting with people in the English Language
Must be able to work full time 8AM to 5PM C.S.T. Monday - Friday
Must not have another job or do side work on Upwork or any other site.
Must be familiar with Microsoft word/excel or google docs/sheets.
Must be comfortable asking question and asking for help (we want you to succeed)
Must have a good computer and VERY reliable internet and be able to work from home without interruption.

Payment Terms:
Pay starts at $110.00 per week and will go up from there. We will provide a review after 90 days with salary increase. We pay once a week on Wednesday via paypal. We provide 13 month bonus at the end of the year and generous bonuses throughout the year. We also provide paid vacation after working with us for one year. We may also provide generous bonus based on meeting objectives.
