JOB OVERVIEW

We are expanding our sales team in the Philippines!

Pampanga based- Conference Delegate Sales Executive (B2B/Telesales)

We are currently looking for enthusiastic Delegate Sales Executives for our Philippines office. As a
Delegate Sales Executive, you will be inviting senior level management to our regional events
(Singapore, Korea, Malaysia, Taiwan, China, India, etc). Candidates need to have an excellent
telephone manner, be confident speaking to C-level executives and be target driven individual.
Previous experience in corporate sales/ telesales (not telemarketing) would be required.

Responsibilities

1.) Identifying prospective companies and investigating their business needs in order to engage
them to take up high value delegate tickets
2.) Engaging CEOs, Vice Presidents and all other senior level decision-makers over the to
understand their business objectives and match them with the benefits of attending your
conference
3.) Selling delegate tickets
4.) Being an integral part of the project team creating the most impactful business festival of
the year
5.) Providing impeccable customer service before and after the event
6.) Being a passionate advocate for the event and brand
7.) For top performers: Attending events overseas to network with clients and generate new
business opportunities

Requirements
Essential
1.) Degree holder in any discipline. Marketing and Sales/Communications/Business
Management graduates will have an advantage.
2.) Previous experience in corporate sales/ telesales (not telemarketing)
3.) Excellent communication, persuasion and negotiation skills
4.) Positive attitude, Sociable and Confident personality 
5.) Strong drive and passion for sales
6.) Ability to adapt to changing market trends and quick to learn
7.) Persistent and disciplined
8.) Creative in problem-solving
9.) Results and Target oriented to earn higher commissions
10.)Assist the Sales Manager in establishing a Sales strategy/development plan.
11.) Participate in the staff development programme within IMAPAC’s framework
12.) Support a culture that promotes teamwork, integrity and discourages divisiveness and
negativity at all organisational levels.
13.) Research, analyse, identify/capitalise new market opportunities and drive delegate sales in
the respective region
