Marketing Research Assistant

Offshore Outpost Expeditions is a new exclusive cruise company that offers intimate expedition in the Sea of Cortez and Alaska. Our trips are the closest thing to chartering a yacht without the extremely high price tag that comes with it. We are looking for a new virtual assistant who has a passion and skills in marketing research and possesses strong English language skills. We are looking for more than just an employee.... We are looking for an eager candidate who wants to help continue the growth of an exciting company. We are a very small team and want someone who will bring a positive and driven mindset!

The ideal candidate should have experience using the following software platforms and tools:
Google Docs
Google Sheets
Slack
Gmail
Google Search

Daily tasks will include but are not limited to:
-Researching influencers in the luxury travel category on social media platforms (Facebook & Instagram)
-Competitor analysis of other similar luxury travel companies and their marketing strategies
-Research social media trends (hashtags, accounts, and promotional strategies)
-Contact info scraping of travel advisors and travel publisher websites
-Email outreach using templates
