PHP/MySql Developer Wanted, Mid to Senior Level

Hi,
I am looking for a diverse experienced programmer to join our team. You will be working form your home/office, but we may need to talk/chat on Skype as needed. Most work can be done on your hours, but we are a US company and may need you to work our office hours (or part of them) every now and then.

PHP/MySql is the main requirement - min 2 years experience, ideally with both custom and open source systems. Most of our project us HTML, CSS & JavaScript on the front ends.
