Marketing & Development Manager
All Things Are Possible (ATAP) Foundation is a 501c3 nonprofit organization with a mission to empower the youth and enhance the community through academics, athletics, arts and awareness. We achieve our mission through programming and events that include: Before & After School Care, Tutoring, STEM and STEAM Awareness, SAT Prep, Summer Empowerment Experiences and so much more. We are located in the United States in Willingboro, New Jersey.
JOB SUMMARY:
The Marketing and Development (M&D) Manager is a critical role to help ATAP Foundation achieve its long-term and short term goals. The M&D Manager will become adept in activities related to non-profit fundraising and relationship management, including creating and implementing the fundraising, development and communications strategy. The candidate should have familiarity with editing websites, social media, writing grants and must have the willingness to learn, take the lead on projects and work well independently, yet remain flexible and open to positively receive feedback.
This role is perfect for a professional who is a strong writer, enjoys social media and desires a job that will allow them to use their skills and talents to positively impact the lives of others.
The M&D Manager will work closely with the Founder & CEO to cultivate skills, while accomplishing the duties and responsibilities of the role.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Responsible for grant management and tracking e.g. create and maintain a matrix of grants to pursue that includes due date, level of difficulty, and other critical components
• Draft responses to proposals and grants for CEO review to be submitted to help fund programs, initiatives, supplies, field trips, etc.

• Creating and maintaining marketing and development flyers and materials necessary for outreach and engagement.
• Create and update all marketing materials necessary when applicable.
• Order ATAP Foundation merchandise e.g. tshirts, pencils, cups, etc as needed.
• Create annual report on an annual basis.
• Create and send out thank you letters to all donors.
• Other duties upon request.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong writing skills to include proofreading and editing.
• Knowledge of social media tools:
• An understanding of and belief in, the mission of All Things Are Possible Foundation.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
• Knowledge of grant management and grant writing.
• Organizational, project planning and leadership skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills: ability to interact effectively with grantors, donors and customers.
• Must be able to coordinate multiple tasks and be open to new learning experiences.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Creativity, drive and enthusiasm to carry projects to conclusion.
• Ability to gather data, analyze information, and prepare reports/grants.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications or Google Suite.
• Strong knowledge of Canva or similar software to create marketing materials.
