Digital Marketing Administration Assistant

We’re looking for a proactive and experienced Virtual Assistant who has attention to detail and experience providing digital marketing support.

We are an Infusionsoft agency based in Australia working with serviced based businesses who already have Infusionsoft. A rare position has arisen in our team with a current team member departing after 6+ years. This role will be responsible for implementing Infusionsoft campaigns as per instructions and will assist with executing our digital marketing strategy for our business.

Key responsibilities include:

• Client Implementation – you’ll be responsible for loading emails in campaign builder and setup, testing and launch of campaign structures, modules and other apps/tools in a timely fashion
• Digital Marketing Support – including setting up and updating landing pages, Facebook ads, social media management and reporting on the performance of digital marketing campaigns
• Our Infusionsoft Account – you will be responsible for the building out of our Infusionsoft account, sending broadcasts and setting up and updating master campaign templates
• Other Duties – including research, setting up other tools, project management, documenting procedures/instructions, client liaison and other duties as required

To be considered for this job, you must have:
• 2+ years’ experience working in a similar role
• Intermediate Infusionsoft knowledge and experience
• Reliable and stable internet
• Available between the hours of 8:30am – 5pm Brisbane, Queensland time, Monday to Friday

The position will start with 20 hours per week, but for the right candidate will happily move to full time hours.
