JOB OVERVIEW

We have an eBay drop shipping business. Our business is growing fast and we need your help to take it to the next level! We are looking for an eBay customer service representative who will make our customers happy.

This is for a part time position. However, once we both develop trust with each other, it can become a full time position. We will pay for the 13th month and will give out bonuses for excellent work. We care about our employees and will treat you like family.

We will provide training materials for all specific skills needed.

Responsibilities:
* Responding to customer emails
* Handling returns, cancellations, cases
* Communicating with vendors like Walmart, Amazon, and Home Depot

Requirements:
* Excellent English writing skills
* Experience with eBay platform
* Experience with dealing with customers
* Experience with customer service
* Ability to follow detailed instructions

Recommended (Not Required):
* Experience with Zendesk
