I need an appointment setter / Telemarketer with some experiences working in the USA.

Thats it!!! If you have these following items then see if the job would be for you. We are an independent insurance agency, and we sell medicare health insurance. Your job would be to simply cold call potential clients, ask them if there still on medicare and have a medicare supplement, if they say yes and you figure out there price you then transfer them to me and I will get the sale. All I simply try to do is help these people save money and lower down there rate. So we are really doing these people a favor. Thats it. You will have an internet dialer you login into every day and just press play to start calling clients. NO hand dialing lol which is good!! Its a very easy and simple job. The hours work like this. You will be required to work at least 4 hours a day Tuesday to Saturday in the Philippines. Hours must start at 4am to 8am. So you would be getting up early to make phone calls. The only reason you have to get up so early is because your time zone is 11 hours in front of us. If you want to work any earlier before 4am. Be my guest. I will allow you to work up to 8 hours a day making this a full time job if you want to. Here are the things that would disqualify you from this job. If you are a new parent and have a child under the age of 1 years old. If you have an issue with waking up early and have trouble showing up on time. If you are or younger than the age of 21. If you are a college student just looking for a side job. If you have no intentions of considering to do this long term. Thats pretty much it. Here is how the pay structure works. The first month you start you will be paid $3 dollars an hour (154.8 Philippine Peso) After working with me for 1 month your pay will go up to $3.50 (180.6 Peso an hour) After working for me for 3 months your pay will go up to 4 dollars an hour. (206.4 peso) On top of an hour wadge you will have a bonus structure with it as from day 1. Starting your first day for every lead you give me that turns into a sale I will give you a $15 dollar bonus.
