Full Time website Designer/programmer

This is a good opportunity to improve your English and work for a foreigner (who speaks English and Chinese). The job is to:
-maintain a multilingual website
-build new pages and functions on the website
-upgrade Joomla version to v1.5
-solve problems and fix bugs
-solve technical issues such as email problems

To qualify for this job you need:
-must have Joomla experience
-at least 2 years web programming experience
-fast and reliable for fixing problems
