Starting immidiately I need an expert scholar and writer to research and write minibooks 16-24 pages each on various subjects.

You will need to be able to make executive summaries, so if you have never written executive summaries while you studied at the university, you need not to apply.

I will give you a subject, and then it will be your job to research the subject, and write a minibook about it. Sometimes the job will be to make an executive summary of an existing book.
